Some villas are built to be admired; Villa Delfines is built to be used. Inside the beachfront Villa del Mar community at Cabo Real, its three levels hold seven modern suites, a gourmet kitchen in granite and marble, Cantera stone underfoot — and then the fun begins: pool table, ping pong, and a terrace where the swim-up bar and a Jacuzzi built for eight compete for the afternoon.

The ocean runs unbroken past the pool deck and the barbecue terrace. Up to eighteen guests settle in comfortably — and for larger celebrations, your advisor can walk you through how the villa hosts beyond its base occupancy. Delfines is the house where the whole group actually stays outside until midnight.
