Trust,in their own words.

I had a great experience working with Valentino Sartév as my real estate advisor. He was always honest, friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of every detail of the transaction and was always available whenever I needed him. I truly enjoyed working with Valentino and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated advisor.

Valentino acted as a buyer’s broker for our beach estate. He was able to help us negotiate with the seller, find legal representation, home inspectors and was there every step of the way in our purchase. He was a true advocate for us along the way and we would gladly use him again for any purchase in the future.

Valentino was amazing in helping us sell our condo at Diamante. He was able to leverage resources to find buyers outside of people that visited the community. He kept in constant communication and was also very helpful in aligning us to a lawyer to help with the legal aspect of the sale. I amazed at how quickly the sale was completed compared to what I’ve heard from other people in the same building. In fact, one of the other owners tracked me down to see how we sold so quickly as his place had been on the market far longer without success.

Valentino is as good as it gets. He is committed to making sure that everything runs smoothly. He is an incredible guide for families purchasing for the first time in Mexico. He is able to be clear about what the infrastructure looks like, what future value will be and most importantly what will work for your family. After we closed, we spoke to Valentino more than before purchasing. He was kind, attentive and most importantly continued to help guide us as we navigated a new system of everything from construction to property taxes. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Valentino Sartev is extraordinary. Back in 2017 I sent cold inquiries to three agents of a property which fit my search for an income-investment in CSL. Valentino, and ONLY Valentino responded, promptly and thoroughly. This recommendation could be pages long, but to be brief, Valentino went far beyond expectations and continues to, YEARS after the deal. By contrast, the seller’s agent, from one of the major chain brokerages didn’t even show up for the $2M closing, (both times, in fact), delayed for a month when Valentino caught a hidden and significant omission in the sale contract , maybe made by accident, maybe not, but over $40,000 of rental income was certainly lost by the delay, intentional or otherwise. Long story short, Valentino is a professional with invaluable ethics, an eye for shenanigans, and committed attention to detail.
