Los Cabos is booming with new luxury vacation-home communities catering to families, foodies, golfers, and water-sports enthusiasts. Snorkeling in Chileno Bay leads the list of activities at Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, which is going to include 32 private residences when it opens the up-coming winter. The Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences at Puerto Los Cabos will debut in 2017 with 27 villas and preferred access to the golf courses of Puerto Los Cabos. Just outside Puerto Los Cabos, the organic farm and restaurant Flora Farms is home to 10 residences that come with some harvesting privileges. On Playa Las Viudas, Maravilla Los Cabos is ideal for families, with a movie theater, hiking trails and a community beach club. Maravilla will welcome a next-door neighbor in 2018, when Montage Los Cabos opens with 52 luxury private residences. Four Seasons is also coming to town in 2018 with Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, encompassing a hotel, a marina, 16 villas, and 50 residences on the sparsely developed East Cape.
