Caesar Palace to Open Doors In Los Cabos in 2019. The Project Will Cost More Than 200 Million

A luxury hotel with a cost of 200 million will be developed by the Questro Group along the coast of Puerto Los Cabos, which will be managed by Caesars Entretainment Corporation; the complex “Caesars Palace” without gambling will open doors in the first semester of 2019.

In this regard, it was explained that the project will have 500 rooms and suites, a 40,000-square-foot convention center, a full-service spa with an area of 25,000 square feet, as well as 3 haute cuisine restaurants.

In the same way, it will offer a variety of amenities as an entertainment place such as swimming pools, cabins, fitness center, tennis courts and access to the 2 golf courses of the firm.

“Bringing Caesars Palace to Puerto Los Cabos will represent an advance in our strategy to expand the company’s ‘non-gaming’ businesses into major resort destinations and gateways,” said Caesars Entretainment president and CEO Mark Frissora.

This announcement comes a week after the company announced that it will manage 2 luxury hotels and a beach club in the Bluewaters Island development in Meraas, Dubai.

Finally, Los Cabos was recognized as a main market for “the introduction to the expansion of the Caesars brand in North America”, as the number of airline passengers in the market has increased by 40% since 2015, the majority from the United States and Canada, followed by Mexico.

It is worth mentioning that this complex will be the first investment of Caesars in Mexico, so the company will seek to “create a 5-star destination that reflects the best of Caesars’ offers in hospitality, dining rooms and spaces,” emphasized its executive director.
