From December 8th to 10th, the Mexican Beach Volleyball Tour will be held in the municipality of Los Cabos, an event that will bring together the 24 best couples in the country in the male and female branches where the possibility of representing Mexico in the Games in Central America and the Caribbean will be disputed, as well as in the Youth Olympic Games.
It is worth mentioning that this Monday it was announced that the Cabo San Lucas will host the tournament, this being the first time that Baja California Sur is selected by the Mexican Volleyball Federation for this sporting event.
The beach 8 Cascades was the place chosen for the realization of the tournament, which begin on the 7th with the arrival of the participating teams, which will have a qualifying day on day 8th; subsequently the finalists will be defined, disputing the first places on the 9th and 10th of December.
For its part, the association of volleyball of the entity has scheduled the registration of representative teams of Baja California Sur, counting with players who have experience in this sport and who have participated in national events, so it is expected that they have the possibility to fight for the first places.
Finally, it will be during the past Tuesday the official presentation of the event took place, where the General Director of the Sudcalifornian Sport Institute (Insude), José Avila Geraldo, as well as the sport of Los Cabos, Jesús Salvador Zumaya Verdugo were present and various authorities.
