St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR), announced this week that it will expand its presence in Mexico with the signing of a new St. Regis hotel with 120 rooms and 60 residences in Los Cabos, one of the luxury hotel destinations in Mexico. The opening, scheduled for early 2021, will house The St. Regis Los Cabos in Quivira, an exclusive residential community located just where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez.

Strategically located 6 km west of Cabo San Lucas and 47 km southwest of Los Cabos International Airport, The St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira will offer access to major attractions such as the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, exceptional fishing and Distinctive gastronomy.

The hotel will be part of a luxurious 750 acre community called Quivira, located on the west coast of the Pacific which offers a private beach club, club house, nature reserves and more than 30 miles of trails with beautiful landscapes for walks and biking. The hotel will feature 120 ocean view rooms and the Legendary Service of the St. Regis Butler. In addition, it will have three gastronomic spaces, including a gourmet restaurant, a grill restaurant with ocean view for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and an outdoor restaurant next to the pool that will offer signature cocktails. Guests will also enjoy recreational facilities including a fitness center and wellness center, swimming pools, a saltwater lagoon, luxury cabanas and a Spa available also for residents. The hotel will feature meeting and event spaces, making it an ideal venue for corporate meetings, special events, incentive groups and weddings. The spaces will feature state-of-the-art technology and exclusive food and beverage services designed to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the coast of Los Cabos.
